Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We do not accept traditional returns or exchanges at this time. Because of the limited nature of our collections, we're unable to restock returned items. That said, if there’s an issue with your order, we’ll always do our best to make it right.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
Please double-check our sizing charts before placing your order, as we’re unable to offer exchanges for size issues unless we made a mistake on our end. Our silhouettes may run slightly oversized or relaxed, depending on the item — sizing info is always listed on each product page.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it. We'll need:
• A description of the issue
• Your order number
• Clear photos showing the problem
Once verified, we’ll either send a replacement or offer a resolution that works for you.
What kind of issues qualify for a replacement or refund?
We cover the following situations:
• Items that arrive damaged (e.g. tears, holes, major misprints)
• Defective items (e.g. faulty stitching, flawed material)
• Wrong item, size, or color sent (if it was our mistake)
What doesn't qualify for a return or exchange?
We can’t accept returns or offer refunds for:
• Sizing issues (unless it was a fulfillment error)
• Minor color differences (due to screen variation or lighting)
• Buyer’s remorse or changes of mind after the order is placed
How long do I have to report an issue?
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. After that, we may not be able to assist.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders are processed quickly after purchase, so we may not be able to cancel or make changes once submitted. If you made a mistake, email us ASAP and we’ll do our best to catch it in time.
