Domestic orders (U.S.) typically arrive within 10 business days (approx. 2 weeks), however, in some cases, delivery may take up to 15 business days. If you're placing an order as a gift, we recommend ordering early to ensure it arrives on time.

Can I track my order?

Once your gear ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow your drip’s journey. Some orders ship from our overseas warehouse and may be handled by carriers like YT or Gofo. Depending on your location, your package may transfer to a local carrier such as FedEx for final delivery. If you don't receive a shipping notification email, check spam or contact support@d1hustle.com.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it. We'll need:

What kind of issues qualify for a replacement or refund?
